As a 200-hour Kripalu yoga teacher, I offer individual yoga sessions as a helpful guide for self discovery through asana and pranayama practices, resulting in a meditative practice. Kripalu yoga is based off the hatha yoga lineage. Yoga is a great tool for the mind, body alignment and bringing your true self, wherever you are in life, on and off the mat.
