With simple self care techniques, routines, balancing nutrition and herbs(if needed), these practices will help bring greater connection to yourself and give relief to burnout, anxiety, fatigue, digestion issues, pain, chronic disease, disturbed sleep and more! At Harmonic Ayurveda Connection & Wellness, I aim to help you harness these techniques to cultivate more flow, peace and grace into your everyday life and overall health!

Sessions
Kripalu yoga is about self discovery based off Hatha Yoga lineage. As a 200 hour Kripalu Yoga teacher, I help guide those in yoga session for self discovery and tune into and meet ones body and mind where they are at. Yoga is great for the mind, body alignment and bringing the best of you on and off the mat.

Meet one-on-one with Lauren to address your unique health goals
Create a plan to tailor your balanced self care and nutrition according to your current state of being
Initial consultations are 90 minutes & seek to gain an in-depth understanding of your current health and goals
Follow-up consultations range from 45 minutes to 60 minutes & include detailed check-ins to make any necessary adjustments to continue your path.
