What is Ayurveda?

Ayurveda is the worlds oldest, most natural system of health that originated in India over 5,000 years ago. It is known as the knowledge or science of life. Ayurveda is a system that is a harmonious guide to align with a truer balanced state and to live more mindfully. Being drawn from the natural flow of the five elements that surround us and live within the self, Ayurveda’s understanding of health and wellbeing addresses daily stresses to states of disease. This is a system that looks at a whole in mind, body, and soul- you. This balancing science is a possible and individual system of health for all. With simple self care techniques, routines and balancing diet and herbs, these practices will help bring greater connection to yourself and give relief to things like daily or long-term burnout, anxiety, fatigue, digestive issues, aches and pains, chronic dis-ease, disturbed sleep, and much more. Ayurveda is also beneficial to the graceful and natural aging process to keep your optimization of health and longevity.
